This week went pretty well. We are getting close to being back to our normal schedule with Jeff back to work and starting school next week so it was easier to schedule in my workouts.
Monday- Elliptical and crunches
Tuesday- Biggest Loser bootcamp
Wednesday- Elliptical and crunches
Thursday- day off
Friday- Biggest Loser bootcamp
Saturday- Elliptical and crunches
I made it over to the library to weigh and was down another 1.5lbs..for a total loss of 4 lbs in a month. I think I will stick to only doing a weigh in every 1.5-2 weeks- this has made me feel more successful.
