Laundry Room Makeover

The one room I had done nothing with since moving into our house 3 years ago was the laundry room. Since my washer was dying, I told my husband I wanted a new set. Like brand spankin new..so I don't need to look for a new one every year. And since I would have a pretty new washer and dryer I wanted to fix up my laundry room. So off to pintrest land I went to see what I could find. I found all kinds of fun ideas. I picked and chose ones that would work for my smaller room. I am more than thrilled with how it all turned out. I did take before and after pictures!! Enjoy!

First thing we did was take out the brown cabinets...we re-homed them to the garage.

We sanded down the ugly yellow, then painted the wall a teal color

The new washer and dryer arrived!! He had fun watching the washer in action.

I added a curtain to cover some of the storage area. (quickly sewed by my mom when I finally decided I just wasnt going to find the time to do it)
